Crew size depends on what you own, which floor you are on, whether stairs are involved and how the elevator works. Both pickup and drop-off time count toward the rate.
Wrap and blankets ride along
Furniture blankets and shrink wrap come with the crew. If you want boxes packed, that work is quoted separately and priced by home size.
A heads-up text before the truck
Thirty minutes out, the crew leader texts you the name and the arrival time.
