You pay for the hours the crew works. Two hours is the minimum on every local job, and each additional 15 minutes is counted in 15-minute steps.
Crew size matched to your building
Crew size follows what you are bringing, the floor you are on, the number of stairs and whether an elevator is available.
Furniture pads and shrink wrap supplied
Furniture blankets and shrink wrap are part of the hourly rate. Packing boxes is separate and priced by home size.
A text before the crew arrives
The crew leader texts you 30 minutes before arrival with the crew name and the scheduled arrival time.
What will the move cost?
Movers and truck are included in the hourly rate. Weekend rates run a little higher than a weekday.

Furniture goes in the room you choose, and beds and tables are reassembled.

- The belongings. Find out what the room already has, then list what you are bringing.
- The building. Check the residence entrance and unloading instructions in your housing assignment. The package pickup location may differ from the building where you will live.
- The day. Carry keys, documents and essentials yourself, and have the path cleared before the crew knocks.

You have 30 days to report damage. We take furniture photos before loading and provide repair or replacement within 14 days. Our truck carries cargo coverage of $100,000.
