Inquiries are not moving contracts
We provide general service information on this website. Sending a quote request, calling us, or exchanging messages does not by itself create a contract for a move. A form submission does not book a crew, truck, or moving date. Please obtain written confirmation before making plans that depend on a particular booking.
A move is subject to a separate written agreement and estimate. Those documents should identify the company performing the move, the services included, the pricing terms, and the agreed schedule. Read them before accepting service. These website terms do not replace that paperwork or change rights that apply to your move under applicable law.
Prices, offers, and availability
Prices shown on the website, including hourly rates and prices described as “from,” are general starting points. They are not a final quote for your move. The work involved, route, move date, and services requested can affect the estimate. Ask for a written estimate that matches your specific move.
Discounts and special offers are subject to the terms confirmed for your booking. Do not assume that an advertised offer applies to every service or date, or that offers can be combined. The price, any discount, and the services covered must be confirmed in the written moving paperwork. These terms do not add fees or payment rules that are absent from that paperwork.
We do not guarantee requested dates or service availability through this website. Sending a preferred date is a request to discuss availability. Contact us to confirm what is available before relying on an advertised service or schedule.
Information you submit
Provide accurate contact details and information that you are authorized to share. Make sure ZIP codes, dates, and your email address are correct before sending a request. Tell us if important details change. We may call, email, or text you about your inquiry or application using the contact information you provide.
Moving inquiries are intended for us and our partner that handles moving requests. Our Privacy Policy explains the information requested, the intended recipients, and how to contact us about your information. If you do not want further contact about your request, tell the person contacting you or call us. A request is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Job applications
We accept general applications through our Careers form. Sending an application does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, or an available position. Submit only your own application or information you are authorized to provide. Resumes must be PDF, DOC, or DOCX files no larger than 5 MB. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Acceptable use
Use the website and forms for genuine inquiries. You must not:
- Send spam, false applications, misleading requests, or another person’s details without permission.
- Upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website.

Interstate moving information
For interstate household goods moves covered by federal rules, 49 CFR 375.213 requires the mover to provide specified consumer information when giving a written estimate. This includes “Your Rights and Responsibilities When You Move” and “Ready to Move?” You can find these resources on the official FMCSA Protect Your Move page. Ask the company performing your move for the required documents. These website terms do not replace them or limit applicable federal protections.
Limits and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of this website or reliance on its general information. This limitation concerns website use. It does not limit obligations under a moving agreement or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Applicable state and federal law governs these website terms. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived. We will post any changes to these terms on this page with an updated date.
