- The ZIP codes you are moving from and to.
- Your planned move date.
Our Careers form asks for your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, the kind of work you want, a message, and a resume. Resumes must be PDF, DOC, or DOCX files no larger than 5 MB. The message and resume may contain additional information that you choose to provide, such as work history and qualifications.
Please share only information needed for your inquiry or application. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank details, payment card numbers, medical records, or copies of identity documents. If you include someone else’s information, make sure you have permission to share it.
How we use information
We use moving inquiry information to discuss your planned move, ask questions about the details, and respond to your request for a price. The ZIP codes and date help explain the move you are asking about. Sending a request does not reserve a date or create a moving contract.
We use job application information to consider your application and contact you about it. A general application does not mean that a particular job is available. Keep moving requests separate from job applications so that your information goes to the appropriate process.
Who receives information
Information submitted for a moving quote is intended to go to us and our partner that handles moving inquiries. That partner receives the contact and move details needed to handle your request and may contact you about it. If you want to know who will receive your inquiry before sharing it, call us first.
Our website administrators can access Careers submissions to consider applications. We store resume files on the server outside the publicly accessible folder. Applications can be reviewed by website administrators. We handle job applications separately from moving quote requests.
Our hosting and website delivery providers also process information needed to provide their services. We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect our website. Requests to load pages and files pass through the services we use to deliver them. These providers are separate from our moving inquiry partner.
Technical information and cookies
Our server receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request time, and error logs. We use this information to load the website and identify technical problems. It is separate from the contact and move details you enter in a form.
We do not use advertising or analytics scripts on our homepage or Careers page. We use locally hosted fonts and images and a navigation script on those pages. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy.

We restrict access to Careers submissions and store resume files outside the public folder, but we cannot guarantee complete security. Do not send information that is unnecessary for your request. Our website is intended for people age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18.
